No. No ink, no appointment, no mess. Once you've ordered we'll email you our photography guide — a short set of instructions for capturing your child's hands and feet at home with nothing more than a phone and good daylight.

You'll receive your photography guide by email. Send us your images whenever you're ready, and that's when your piece goes into production.

If your artwork includes two or more models, a member of our team will contact you personally to discuss your preferred colours and combination, so the finished piece suits your space.

Yes. Many parents wait for a particular age or stage — just tell us and we'll hold your order open.

Please note the 14-day cancellation window runs from the date you order, not from when you send your images.

We'll tell you and ask for replacements. We would always rather ask again than work from an image we're not confident in.

Send your photographs at least two months ahead, or email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether your date is achievable. We'd rather turn down a deadline than miss one.

No. Your piece is created by hand from your photographs by our atelier in Dubai, and you'll see it for the first time when it arrives. Every detail is refined by hand to preserve the smallest creases and curled toes exactly as they are today.

Yes — within 14 days of ordering, as long as you haven't yet sent your photographs. Email us and we'll refund you in full.

Once we've received your images, or once 14 days have passed, your order can no longer be cancelled. Each piece is made for your family and can't be resold or offered to another customer.

AED 40 anywhere in the UAE. Complimentary across the GCC on orders over AED 1,500, otherwise AED 120. AED 250 to the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Elsewhere it's calculated at checkout by the size and weight of your piece.

Your exact cost always appears before you pay. We never add charges afterwards.

Possibly, if you're outside the UAE. Everything ships from Dubai, and import duties and taxes are set by your own country's customs authority and payable by you on delivery. We can't estimate, waive or refund them.

Your courier will usually contact you to collect anything owed before releasing the parcel.

Email us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and of the outer packaging, and keep all the original packaging until it's resolved. We assess each claim individually alongside our carrier's records, and where the damage happened in transit we'll remake your piece at no cost.

That's the point. Foil tone, wood grain and casting texture all vary subtly from piece to piece. These are characteristics of handmade work rather than faults.
